The Hunter Valley Off Road Racing Association was established in 1986. The club holds two events each year. The first is a club day which is a short course event for HVORRA club members only. This event is run on a Saturday followed by a charity event on Sunday, organised to provide Camp Quality Kids a chance to ride in a race vehicle while enjoying a fun day which includes a BBQ lunch (catered by HVORRA). All funds raised are donated to Camp Quality and a local Singleton Charity, Witmore Enterprises.

The second event is HVORRA's main annual event that began in 1985. This premier event is a part of the NSW Off Road Championship, long course series and Tri Challenge Series. The event has become a prestigious race with many competitors seeking the Man of the Mountain title awarded to the fastest single lap of the 96km long course heat.

on Fri, 12/23/2011 - 02:34

The Hunter Valley Off Road Racing Association conducted an annual event to raise money for Camp Quality and Witmore Enterprise. 2011’s event was held in July (after the June date was washed out) providing a relaxing day and some enjoyment for families and clients away from their every day and daily medical routines.

HVORRA’s 25thMilbrodale Mountain Classic also helped raise the coffers for our donation to Camp Quality and Witmore Enterprise with a grand total of $10,000.00 being combined from the Classic and the Coal & Allied /AGL Come & Try Day, resulting in each Charity receiving a cheque
