Colo Park Challenge
The first round of the NSW Off Road Championship will be happening in the Hawkesbury, at COLO MOTORSPORT PARK, which is situated 61Klms north of Windsor on the Putty Road. As well as being the 1st round of the Sydney Off Road Club Championships and is the event that brings out all types of machinery to race. Some are here to show their intentions and commitment to their different championships for the year ahead, some to test their cars for other events and others, to just have the fun of competition. There will be Buggies & cars, 4WDs & extreme machines, all vying for the podium at this event. It is important to achieve good results here at the COLO PARK Challenge to get a good start for the years racing ahead.
COLO MOTORSPORT PARK is on the right hand side of the road, 61klms up the Putty Road, from the Windsor Bridge. After you pass the Colo Heights Servo it is 19klms from this point. There is bunting and signage to help when you are close to the park. Spectating and camping is free, gratis, for nothing, and there is hot showers & flushing toilets. The Canteen will be operating all weekend, with the famous Saturday evening roast dinner available at a small cost. Come along and check out Sydney’s home of Off Road Racing at COLO MOTORSPORT PARK. This is the closest venue to Sydney and environs to see Off Road Racing in the raw. Come along and check it out.
Racing starts Saturday morning from 9am, through until about 4pm . Then recommences on Sunday from 8am through to about 2pm. Looking forward to seeing you there.
