​MEDIA RELEASE - MMC POST WORKING BEE

Sunday saw a very small group of volunteers attend the after MMC clean up and this small group accomplished a great deal. Kylie, Ian (Cotto) and Grahame worked throughout the day, taking down signage, bunting & gates including packing away all gear.

Next working bee is to be confirmed, but we will need to repair the track in readiness for the Charity weekend in September which will be held on the first weekend. Saturday will be the Charity rides; Sunday will be Father’s day and a Come & Try day.  What better way for the dads to enjoy the day than by giving rides in their race cars?

If you can help out with a car or hands on in getting the passengers/ paperwork etc.  for this weekend please let me know ASAP.

On Saturday those persons from Witmore & CanTeen will be getting rides in the cars and of course HVORRA will be supplying lunch for all.

On Sunday, it will be a chance for anyone who would like to go for a ride in an Off Road car. HVORRA uses this day to help raise money for the Charities that the Association supports, by requesting a donation from those who wish to go for a ride.
All persons wishing to go for a ride MUST be over 12 years old.
