If you are participating in our Charity Ride weekend (either on Saturday - the Exclusive Ride Day or Sunday - the Open Ride Day) please read the below important information before attending:

- The venue is located on Welshs Rd, Milbrodale. Please follow the signs and sign in at event HQ.
- The event will begin at 10am. The event will close once rides of all signed in guests are complete. We cannot guarantee your ride if you are not at the venue.
- Ride times will not be allocated, it is first in - first served.
- All participants MUST be at least 12 years of age. Participants must provide proof of age.
- Full length clothing (neck to wrists to ankles) and enclosed shoes MUST be worn.
- Helmets and other necessary safety gear will be provided.
- On Sunday rides will cost $40 and all monies raised will go to our chosen charities - Witmore Enterprises, CanTeen and Simply Loving Taylor.
- There are no efpos or ATM facilities in Milbrodale so please bring cash.
- Rides include two laps of Milbrodales Short Course.
- There will be a BBQ held for lunch.
- This event is conducted under the guidelines of the Confederation of Australian Motorsport (CAMS) and the Department of Sport & Recreation.
