Admission fee: $25 per day or $40 for the weekend - kids 12 & under free
Spectators Camping: $40 per car (includes Friday and Saturday night only)
Racing action from: 9:45am Saturday & 8:30am Sunday
Where: Welshs Rd, Milbrodale NSW (26kms south of Singleton on Putty Rd)
Bring your Cash: please note there are no EFTPOS facilities at the event

Please find below further information in relation to our event:
- Please note GLASS, PETS, FIREWORKS, QUADS and MOTORBIKES are prohibited and there is a noise curfew at strictly 11pm. Please be advised that there will be 24 hour security.
- There is limited camping available, and therefore camping spots in the designated spectator camping areas will be first in best dressed. We will not be allocating camping spots.
- Catering is available on both Saturday and Sunday only.
- Showers and toilets are available.
- At the track there will be limited merchandise for sale and amusements.
